She is 8 years old this year and since we were celebrating her birthday on Easter Sunday, she decided that she wanted to have a bunny cake. She helped her mom make the cake and it turned out so cute. She did try to sneak some jelly beans off the tie though!
Izzy had fun opening her presents and then it was time for the goody bags. They are definitely the favorite part of the party for the kids.
Mom has started buying these party poppers that shoot string out. The kids think that is the greatest thing ever and are always trying to scare each other with the noise it makes. Then of course Dad settled in to his usual spot just taking it all in! We were happy that he was home because we didn't think he was going to make it home that weekend.
